Expressions of interest are invited from containerboard, corrugated and other Packaging Businesses, as well as Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain Companies, for licenses or joint ventures for the patented Girda Pallet System.

The Principals will consider entering into Licensing and/or Joint Venture Agreements on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis for specified geographical regions of the world where the Girda System is patented.  In addition to geographical licenses the Principals may be willing to consider exclusivity for particular market areas or segments.
